    1.I think the teacher is going to reward Elizabeth for her nice painting.

    2. When Jessica told Elizabeth that their mom wants a boy Elizabeth got sad because any boy has to go to the war and they might have a chance to die. SO she is very sad... then i predict later in the story their mom will have a baby and might end up with a boy and he will go to the war.

    1.The story takes place in the middle of the war,, in the world war 2 began,,the year in 1941,,because it says along time ago in the middle of world war 2 so i thought it would be in the 1940's

    2.I think the teacher might use the paint to use it at home because maybe she likes to paint also or she might give Elizabeth credit.
    3.I think Elizabeth wants to be a famous artist when she grows up.

    1. I think the story takes place at Elizabeth grandfather's house and then maybe at Autumn Street next that's my prediction.

    2. I think that when the teacher takes the paintings that maybe she would mention that maybe Elizabeth did a perfect painting.

    I beilive that her actions of painting skills, makes me think of her as becoming a painter i can tell that she likes painting as a favorite thing to do because usually she paints alot.

    1. Breanna and I think that Elizabeth is going to be a painter because every time she tells a story she picks up a brush and paints a BEAUTIFUL scene.
    2.Amy and I think the story take's place on Autumn street.They're also in the middle of World War 2. to be continued

    Since we are starting a new book i really don't much from the end of the book autumn street.I'm forward to the new book that we are reading.It's that i can't focus on 2 books at a time.So i'm trying and trying to stick with one book then movung on to another.Well i am looking forward to see you Gretchen on Wednesday!!!I have a question for you.What book are you now the same or another one?

    1. I disagree with Sarai when she said that the teacher is going to keep Elizabeth's painting . I disagree with Sarai because the teacher did not collect the painting. It was a lady who was visiting them.

    2. I agree with Esmil and Breanna because they said that Elizabeth and Charles are going to be great friends. The reason i think that they are going to be great friends is because the always hang out with each other and thy do the same stuff like they don't take a shower as much and they are veryyyy dirty! I think they are going to be great friends because they are very close to the same person which is Tatie.

    i agree with amy because in the book elizabeth doesnt take a bath uless her mom has a girl....but instead i guess she's not going to take bath. well she takes bath once in a blue moon. and i also agree on what amy said about they're gonna be great frends because they are super close with tatie

    Hi Gretchen and the Brainiacs... I stopped reading autumn street because we had to move on to a new book which is called Freak the Mighty. I stopped reading autum street at like page 120. I REALLY liked the book it was really intresting.. I wished I could had read the whole thing. But I am reading Freak the Mighty and i just started to read it but it is good too. But it is A LITTLE bit confusing but i understand it.. Enjoy the books Brainiacs

    hey gretchen i know why you didnt come last wednesday and its ' cause of the virus thats going around . i
    loved the book autumn street ..... it was getting more interesting. now we have to start reading freak the mighty book. its kind of boring but good at the same time i wouldnt have stop reading autumn street. its a very good book......hey!! i have an idea .why dont i read it when im not reading freakj the mighty that way i can see what happen's at the end ....well thats what im going to do.. well talk to you braniacs later ....
